General Statement
Our goal is to always meet and exceed our customer's expectations with each and every cover we produce. Cover My Photo will use the information, images and details provided in this form to assist us in the design and layout of your cover.
By submitting the Order Form, the customer acknowledges and accepts that there is a required amount of 'artistic license and judgment' granted to Cover My Photo in order to design each custom cover.
If specific details or information is not provided, the customer acknowledges that Cover My Photo will use their own creative skills to best produce a cover, while maintaining the general cover theme requested by the customer.
Order Form
By clicking the Submit Order Form button, the customer is agreeing to placing an order for one(1) custom magazine cover as outlined in the Order Form and agrees to pay for the cover and services provided by Cover My Photo once invoiced.
Order Confirmation and Draft Approval
Upon receipt of your submitted order, Cover My Photo will send (email) the customer acknowledging that their offer has been received. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24hours of submitting your online order, please contact Cover My Photo at sales@covermyphoto.com.
Cover My Photo will send (email) a copyrighted draft of each cover to the customer for their review and approval (sign off) before any payment is required by the customer.
Once a customer has responded and has indicated their approval of the draft image in a return email to Cover My Photo, an invoice will be sent to the customer and payment must be received before your order is shipped out to the shipping address provided by the customer in the Order Form.
Privacy Policy
All information provided and submitted in the Order Form is for the sole purpose of designing, creating and shipping of your custom cover order. Information and photos provided to Cover My Photo will not be re-used, sold or distributed in any manner.
We do not share, sell or re-use any of your personal information for anything other than your Cover My Photo order.
Copyright
Cover My Photo cannot accept or use any copyrighted materials, images or photos. All images submitted for use must be copyright-free and the property of the submitting customer. Cover My Photo accepts no responsibility for unknowingly using copyrighted images sent to us.
No images, logos or information my be used from the Cover My Photo web site without the expressed and written consent by Cover My Photo. All images in our Portfolio section are copyright of Cover My Photo.
Shipping
Cover My Photo uses Canada Post to ship all of our products to customers. We do our best to protect your photo during transit by using 2 pieces of cardboard; one on either side of your photo. Cover My Photo accepts no responsibility for any damages to your photo that occur during shipping. Cover My Photo is not responsible for any additional shipping related charges (duty, state taxes, customs fees, etc.) or issues such as delayed, late or lost shipments.
Customer Satisfaction
If it's not right, we will work with our customers to make it right. We have yet to not have a 100% satisfied customer! Our goal is to ensure we always satisfy our customer's needs and meet or exceed their expectations. Payment is required before we ship your approved cover according to your selected shipping ptions outlined in the Order Form.
